Thank you for shopping with Urban Bongs. We do our best to process, pack, and ship orders across Canada as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates

Urban Bongs offers simple shipping rates across Canada:

• Orders under $99: Flat-rate shipping of $14.95

• Orders of $99 or more: Free shipping

The free shipping threshold is calculated before shipping fees and applicable taxes.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within Canada is typically 2–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer than 7 business days due to location, weather, courier delays, service interruptions, or peak seasonal demand.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

Urban Bongs currently ships to addresses within Canada only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

P.O. Box Addresses

Some carriers may not deliver to certain P.O. Box addresses.

If there is an issue with your shipping address, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after shipment.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process a shipping claim, please keep:

• The original shipping box

• All packaging materials

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the damaged packaging

Shipping carriers may require photos or inspection of the packaging before approving a claim.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
